I am seriously considering plastidipping my track rims for my red Mini JCW, the only question is which color. I am thinking either Blaze Yellow, Bronze, or Gold for the color swap. I know they will look ridiculous, but they're track rims, which are on my car 1-2 days a month, and its plastidip so I can peel it off any time. Anyone have thoughts, ideas, opinions?

Blaaaack.
Then you never have to clean them. :-)

My DD rims are black, and I don't wanna have my track ones be black too.

Just wash them. And leave them as is. Why add weight to a pair of track rims...

4 lugs, 8 spokes, both divisible by 4. Car made by BMW. Car used on track.
I vote go crazy and do some sort of BMW roundel/crash test design

Hot pink.
Not really, I say go white.

red and gold/bronze always works. I second this idea. Also, if you plasti dip, you can then paint over the plasti dip. Which makes removal and color change even easier.

Ugly painted rims look dumb, I'd never want them on my car for any length of time.
But track rims? This is a fantastic idea. It's fun to look like a choad for small amounts of time. I say paint them half blue, half yellow so that when they're turning they become green. You'll be like an art teacher and a race car driver all wrapped up in one (gloriously decorated) package.

Gold or bronze would look hot with Chili Red. It would be a little flashy for DD use, but it'll work for track days. Just make sure you use the glossifier to give them some shine.
